Apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9lection rigoureuse organis\u00e9e par le <strong data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"456\">CEFA MMI<\/strong> (Centre d\u2019\u00c9ducation, de Formation et d\u2019Apprentissage des M\u00e9tiers et de la Maintenance Industrielle) en partenariat avec <strong data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"600\">TotalEnergies Congo<\/strong>, seuls <strong data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"630\">12 jeunes de Dj\u00e9no<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenus pour int\u00e9grer le programme <strong data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"697\">\u00ab On Job Training \u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"1105\">Durant <strong data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"719\">9 mois<\/strong>, accompagn\u00e9s par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"761\">Dietsmann<\/strong>, ces jeunes ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une formation de pointe en <strong data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"830\">m\u00e9canique<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"847\">\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/strong>, et <strong data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"877\">froid &amp; climatisation<\/strong>. Ce parcours, au-del\u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences techniques acquises, a permis une <strong data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"970\">immersion totale<\/strong> dans le milieu professionnel, notamment sur le site de Kitina, avec un encadrement bienveillant et orient\u00e9 vers l\u2019insertion durable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1289\">Le programme a r\u00e9cemment connu son point d\u2019orgue avec la <strong data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1221\">remise officielle des certificats de fin de formation<\/strong>, marquant une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive vers l\u2019autonomie et l\u2019employabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1343\">Une d\u00e9marche RSE coh\u00e9rente et inclusive<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1729\">Ce projet illustre parfaitement la volont\u00e9 de <strong data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1413\">TotalEnergies Congo<\/strong> de faire de la <strong data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1507\">formation et l\u2019insertion des jeunes un axe prioritaire de sa strat\u00e9gie RSE<\/strong>. L\u2019initiative a notamment int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un crit\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 essentiel : <strong data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1592\">la mixit\u00e9<\/strong>. Parmi les 12 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, <strong data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1643\">4 sont des femmes<\/strong>, repr\u00e9sentant 33 %, une avanc\u00e9e significative dans des fili\u00e8res souvent masculines.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1830\">Ce programme s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 d\u2019autres initiatives \u00e9ducatives men\u00e9es par la filiale :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"2002\">\n<li data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1905\">\n<p data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1905\">le concours d\u2019entr\u00e9e aux classes renforc\u00e9es au lyc\u00e9e Victor Augagneur,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1933\">\n<p data-start=\"1908\" data-end=\"1933\">la r\u00e9novation d\u2019\u00e9coles,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"2002\">\n<p data-start=\"1936\" data-end=\"2002\">la distribution de kits scolaires aux enfants des zones rurales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2004\" data-end=\"2121\">Une vision globale et coh\u00e9rente qui contribue \u00e0 renforcer le capital humain, cl\u00e9 du d\u00e9veloppement durable au Congo.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2186\">Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable (ODD) concern\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2187\" data-end=\"2245\">Cette initiative contribue directement \u00e0 plusieurs ODD :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2655\">\n<li data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2356\">\n<p data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2356\"><strong data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2257\">ODD 4<\/strong> : \u00c9ducation de qualit\u00e9 \u2013 en offrant une formation professionnelle adapt\u00e9e aux besoins du march\u00e9,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2433\">\n<p data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2433\"><strong data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2368\">ODD 5<\/strong> : \u00c9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes \u2013 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la promotion de la mixit\u00e9,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2434\" data-end=\"2533\">\n<p data-start=\"2436\" data-end=\"2533\"><strong data-start=\"2436\" data-end=\"2445\">ODD 8<\/strong> : Travail d\u00e9cent et croissance \u00e9conomique \u2013 en favorisant l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 des jeunes,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2534\" data-end=\"2655\">\n<p data-start=\"2536\" data-end=\"2655\"><strong data-start=\"2536\" data-end=\"2546\">ODD 10<\/strong> : R\u00e9duction des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s \u2013 en donnant une chance aux jeunes de Dj\u00e9no, souvent \u00e9loign\u00e9s des opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2713\">Questions centrales de l\u2019ISO 26000 touch\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"2799\">L\u2019initiative s\u2019aligne sur plusieurs questions centrales de la norme <strong data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2795\">ISO 26000<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2800\" data-end=\"3164\">\n<li data-start=\"2800\" data-end=\"2870\">\n<p data-start=\"2802\" data-end=\"3686\">Une initiative pertinente et strat\u00e9gique<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3687\" data-end=\"3741\">Cette initiative est <strong data-start=\"3708\" data-end=\"3737\">pertinente \u00e0 double titre<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"3742\" data-end=\"4013\">\n<li data-start=\"3742\" data-end=\"3873\">\n<p data-start=\"3745\" data-end=\"3873\">Elle r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un <strong data-start=\"3762\" data-end=\"3788\">besoin soci\u00e9tal urgent<\/strong> : l\u2019insertion professionnelle des jeunes dans un contexte o\u00f9 le ch\u00f4mage est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3874\" data-end=\"4013\">\n<p data-start=\"3877\" data-end=\"4013\">Elle renforce la <strong data-start=\"3894\" data-end=\"3939\">strat\u00e9gie RSE des entreprises partenaires<\/strong>, qui d\u00e9montrent leur engagement concret envers les communaut\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"4015\" data-end=\"4213\">En formant des jeunes comp\u00e9tents et motiv\u00e9s, TotalEnergies Congo et Dietsmann contribuent directement \u00e0 b\u00e2tir une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration capable de relever les d\u00e9fis industriels et
