Ce texte, visionnaire, \u00e9tablit les bases d\u2019un cadre juridique o\u00f9 <strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"570\">tous les acteurs \u2013 \u00c9tat, collectivit\u00e9s locales, entreprises, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, citoyens \u2013 ont des droits et des obligations<\/strong> pour assurer un d\u00e9veloppement respectueux de l\u2019environnement, socialement \u00e9quitable et \u00e9conomiquement viable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"899\">Un point central attire particuli\u00e8rement l\u2019attention : <strong data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"777\">les articles 19 et 20 du Titre III<\/strong>, qui portent sur les <strong data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"831\">obligations du secteur priv\u00e9<\/strong> en mati\u00e8re de <strong data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"896\">Responsabilit\u00e9 Soci\u00e9tale des Entreprises (RSE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"899\">Articles 19 et 20 : que disent-ils ?<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1297\">\n<li data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1150\">\n<p data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1150\"><strong data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"967\">Article 19<\/strong> : le secteur priv\u00e9 doit se conformer aux conditions de mise en \u0153uvre de la RSE et <strong data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1089\">pr\u00e9senter p\u00e9riodiquement un rapport<\/strong> sur la mise en \u0153uvre de son plan de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1297\">\n<p data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1297\"><strong data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1167\">Article 20<\/strong> : la <strong data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1213\">p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9, le format et le contenu<\/strong> de ce rapport seront pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s par <strong data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1270\">voie r\u00e9glementaire<\/strong> (d\u00e9crets d\u2019application).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1421\">En clair, le Congo a inscrit dans la loi une obligation de <strong data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1397\">reporting RSE\/D\u00e9veloppement durable<\/strong> pour les entreprises.
